Scribe is a mobile application developed to replace a manual service pipeline. Over 45 specialized users were interviewed, 300 assumptions validated and correlated with user tests, 14 separate user tests to validate every portion of the application to reduce risk and deliver software that users love. After a six-month pilot, the application was pushed to production and currently has around 11,000 specialized users in production.

The application leverages many iOS and Android capabilities to provide geolocation capture, camera use, navigation, and biometric 2FA.
