CalSync is a back-end service that automatically assesses, changes, and moves data securely between different network domains. This specific service is used to synchronize a user's calendar between different network domains and accounts to ensure that they never miss a meeting! This service reduced a ton of waste and provided a simplified scheduling experience for Federal Government Employees.

CalSync MVP was a manual set-up process that an IT Support person would have to install for each user, we iterated towards a wizard experience to allow users to set up CalSync on their computers for each of their accounts associated with different network domains -- to eventually CalSync being a 5-click experience to integrate it with MS Outlook allowing for a rapid installation and synchronization of calendars.
