Product Purpose

Techxfer is a B2B Service Design and Process Optimization project. Before Techxfer was developed, tested and deployed as a service, there was no automated process pipeline between the products R&D entities were developing and production environments. The Pilot to Operational pathway was broken, Techxfer simplified, optimized, and automated that pathway.

 

R&D entities fell into three separate categories: Partnered, Sponsored, or Adopted. Each unique pathway had different "Choose Your Own" adventure scenarios which required different legal, policy, and technical artifacts. They also required coordination and interaction between different individuals throughout each organization. Part of the automation was the unlocking of different steps to reach working meetings with key individuals that owned a portion of the pipeline.
